Workflow type In development
Check every document against your criteria before it goes to compliance review.
Most compliance teams spend time on first-pass field checks that should never reach trained staff. A supervised pre-screen workflow handles that layer first, so the people doing substantive review are not clearing checklists.
What compliance pre-screening handles
For each incoming document, the workflow runs a structured check against a defined criteria set before the file enters compliance review.
- Verifies required fields are present and populated
- Checks document format against policy or regulatory requirements
- Flags items outside expected value ranges or missing required sections
- Produces a structured pre-screen summary for each document
- Routes clean documents and flagged documents into separate queues
When to look at this
- Compliance staff are doing checklist work Trained reviewers are spending time on first-pass field validation — confirming required fields are present — before they can do the judgment work they are hired for.
- Documents are rejected late in the review cycle Files with missing required fields or formatting issues are being flagged during compliance review rather than caught before they arrive.
- Volume outpaces capacity for careful review Incoming document volume is growing faster than your ability to staff compliance review, and a significant portion of that volume is straightforward pre-screening work.

This workflow type is in development. If your team has a defined criteria set and a pre-screen bottleneck, we are interested in the document type and volume you are working with.
The first live workflow on this surface is the FROI Pilot — workers' comp intake completeness. That pilot is available now.
